A workspace can be shared with as many people as your plan allows. Everyone works in the same projects and sees the same profiles, so the voice and the facts stay consistent no matter who asks the assistant.
Inviting people
Open Workspace → Members and choose Invite. Enter one or more email addresses and pick a role. The invitation is valid for seven days; you can resend or cancel it from the same list.
People who already have an Acme account join with it. Everyone else creates one from the link in the invitation.
The free and weekly plans have one seat. The monthly plan lets you invite up to five people — see Pricing.
Roles
Every member has exactly one role in the workspace. The role decides what they can change; everyone can read what they have access to.
| Role | Projects and conversations | Profiles and workflows | Members and billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full access | Edit | Edit |
| Admin | Full access | Edit | Invite and remove members |
| Editor | Full access | Edit | No access |
| Viewer | Read and comment | Read | No access |
A workspace always has one owner. Ownership can be passed to an admin from Workspace → Settings.
The new owner gets billing and member controls at once, and you become an admin. Only the new owner can pass it back.
Project access
By default every member sees every project. To keep a project private, open its settings and choose Only invited members. Owners and admins always see every project.
Shared conversations
A conversation can be shared with the team from its menu. Shared conversations keep the full history, so a colleague can continue where you stopped without asking you for the background.
Shared conversations are visible to members only. To show a result to someone outside the workspace, export it as a document or copy the text.
Removing someone
Choose Remove next to the member in Workspace → Members. Their conversations stay in the workspace; only their access ends. If you remove the last admin, the owner keeps full control.
To bring someone back, send a new invitation. Their old conversations are still there, but private projects have to be shared with them again.
Where to go next
