A project can be worked on by several people. Everyone in it sees the same profile, rules and workflows, so the voice and the facts stay consistent whoever asks the assistant. Roles decide what each person can change.

Share a project
Invite your team
Open Members
Choose Workspace → Members and then Invite.
Enter addresses and a role
Add one or more emails and pick the role. People with an Acme account join with it; everyone else creates one from the link.
Choose the project access
By default every member sees every project. To keep one private, open its settings and choose Only invited members.
Share a conversation
Open the conversation menu and share it. The full history comes with it, so a colleague continues without asking you for background.
Free and weekly plans have one seat. The monthly plan lets you invite up to five people. See Pricing.
Example: a small agency
A three-person agency keeps one project per client. The owner invites the account manager as an admin and the writer as an editor. The client contact joins as a viewer of a single private project: she can read the drafts and comment, and she can run the approval workflow, but she cannot change the voice of the profile.
Frequently asked questions
Can a viewer run a workflow?
Yes. Viewers can run workflows and read results; they cannot change the steps.
What happens to conversations when someone leaves?
They stay in the workspace. Only the person’s access ends.
Can someone outside the workspace see a conversation?
No. Shared conversations are visible to members only. To show a result outside, export it as a document or copy the text.
