Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026.

A tool to help you work faster, not a guarantee of results. Acme is an AI workspace that helps you plan, draft and reply. Its output is generated by AI models and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Review everything before you publish it, send it or act on it.

By using Acme (the “Service”) you accept these Terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

What the service is

Acme provides a workspace with an AI assistant, project profiles and workflows. Responses are produced by third-party AI models. We choose and configure those models, but we do not control every answer they give.

Your account

You may use the free tier without an account. To keep your work across devices, invite a team or buy a plan, you need an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any law or the rules of a platform you publish to
  • produce spam, deceptive content or impersonation of real people or organisations
  • harass, threaten or harm anyone
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy
  • interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the Service

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Your content

What you put into Acme and what it produces for you is yours. We use it only to provide the Service to you: to answer your requests, keep your projects and show you your history. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for how you use the results.

The free tier is free within the limits shown in the product. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends. Prices are listed on the pricing page, and checkout shows the final amount in your currency before you pay.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end these Terms for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When the change is significant, we will say so in the product or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
