A workflow you build once can now be shared with everyone in your workspace. Teammates run it with their own inputs, and the steps, tone and format stay the same for all of them.
Until now a good workflow lived in one person’s account. Others copied the steps by hand, changed a word here and there, and a month later three versions of the same process were in use. Shared workflows replace the copies with one original.
How sharing works
Open the workflow menu and choose Share. The workflow appears in the workspace library, where anyone can find it by name and run it. Nobody sees your drafts or your inputs: a run belongs to the person who started it.
- Share from the workflow menu with one click.
- Owners decide who can edit and who can only run.
- Every run is listed in the workflow history, with who started it and when.
Keeping one version
When the owner edits a shared workflow, the next run by anyone uses the new version. Runs that are already in progress finish on the version they started with, so nothing changes under a teammate’s hands.
If you want your own variation, use Duplicate: the copy is yours, and the original stays untouched. Roles decide who can do what; see Team and permissions for the full list.
